Medical Tourism Concierge is a growing healthcare tourism company dedicated to bridging the gap between patients seeking medical treatments abroad and world-class healthcare providers in South Africa. Our mission is to facilitate seamless, comfortable, and safe medical journeys for our clients.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Case Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive personalized care and guidance throughout their medical travel experience. This includes coordinating all aspects of the medical journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with comprehensive information about medical procedures, travel logistics, and cost estimates.
2. Coordination - Liaise with international hospitals, clinics, and travel agencies to arrange medical appointments, travel schedules, accommodations, and other logistical needs.
3. Assessment - Evaluate clients' medical needs and assist in selecting the appropriate healthcare providers and treatment plans.
4. Documentation - Manage and maintain medical records, travel documents, and necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth process for clients.
5. Support - Offer emotional and logistical support to clients and their families throughout their medical journey.
6. Follow-Up - Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to monitor clients' recovery and address any concerns or additional needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration / Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, patient advocacy, or a related role. Experience in the medical tourism industry is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patient-centered approach
- Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of international healthcare systems and medical practices
